What should I wear?

Loose clothing (shorts/tracksuit bottoms and a T-shirt) It’s a good idea to also bring a bottle of water.

 

How old do I have to be?

There are special classes for 3-5year olds and 5+ all the way up to Adults.

 

Do I have to be fit?

No, the classes are built around becoming fitter gradually.
